Sharing without a PIN code

A link without a PIN code opens straight away. This is useful for an example or for a client who wants it that way, but then anyone with the link can look.

  1. Choose Send in the workspace Under The client can there is Ask for a PIN code. It is on by default.
  2. Turn off Ask for a PIN code On the right you see that your client opens the presentation straight away, without a PIN code.
  3. Choose Send or Copy link The email to your client then has no PIN code.

If you turn Ask for a PIN code back on and send again, the same link asks for the PIN code again. It is then in the email.
